Terms and conditions for using our services

Agreement to Terms

By using Trasvtuli's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trasvtuli ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website and tour services.

By accessing our website, booking tours, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Trasvtuli provides guided tour services throughout Canada, including:

  • Multi-day tour packages with accommodation and transportation
  • Day trips and excursions
  • Custom tour planning and itinerary services
  • Travel consultation and advice
  • Group and private tour options

All services are subject to availability and may be modified due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing by Trasvtuli
  • Verbal confirmations are not binding
  • Tour prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual

Payment Requirements

  • A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking
  • Full payment is due 30 days before tour departure
  • Late payment may result in booking cancellation
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks. Payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus $100 CAD processing fee
  • 30-59 days before departure: 75% refund
  • 14-29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund

Company Cancellations

If we cancel a tour due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control:

  • Full refund of all payments made
  • Alternative tour dates may be offered
  • We are not responsible for additional costs (flights, hotels, etc.)

Force Majeure

Tours may be cancelled or modified due to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with customers to reschedule or provide appropriate compensation.

5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all travel documents are valid (passport, visa, etc.)
  • Arrive at designated meeting points on time
  • Follow guide instructions and safety protocols
  • Respect local customs, laws, and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate travel insurance
  • Disclose medical conditions that may affect participation

Age and Health Requirements

  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • Some tours have minimum age or fitness requirements
  • Customers with medical conditions must consult physicians before travel
  • We reserve the right to exclude participants who pose safety risks

6. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Trasvtuli's liability is limited to the cost of the tour package. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death except where caused by our negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries
  • Actions of third-party service providers
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Customer failure to follow instructions or safety protocols

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Travel delays

7. Itinerary Changes

Tour itineraries are subject to change due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures or transportation issues
  • Seasonal variations in accessibility
  • Local events or circumstances
  • Safety considerations

We will make reasonable efforts to provide substitute experiences of comparable value when changes are necessary.

8. Behavior and Conduct

Customers are expected to:

  • Treat guides, staff, and other customers with respect
  • Follow safety instructions and tour guidelines
  • Refrain from illegal activities or disruptive behavior
  • Respect environmental and cultural sites

We reserve the right to remove customers from tours for inappropriate behavior without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or logos for commercial purposes
  • Create derivative works based on our content
  • Reverse engineer or extract data from our website

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Process

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:

  1. Direct negotiation between the parties
  2. Mediation through a recognized mediation service
  3. Binding arbitration if mediation fails
  4. Courts of Ontario, Canada as a last resort

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or website announcement.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.
